These Madagascar bourbon vanilla pods, harvested and prepared in Madagascar according to the traditional method, enrich your creations with the intensity of their aromatic notes; balsamic, phenolic and woody.

250 gr is vacuum packed and placed in a metal box for long storage.
Directions for infusion:
Cut open the bean, scrape out the seeds with a knife and immerse the whole thing in your liquid preparation (1 bean per liter).
Let it steep for 20 minutes at 70°C and let it cool. If possible, let it steep for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
Storage instructions:
Store the beans at room temperature in a metal box or glass jar (do not refrigerate or freeze).
